This short Project Management engagement helped RSA Insurance's Central Management Information (MI) Team pick up and progress a "stalled" project following the successful wrap-up of a major change programme.

ConsultSQL was engaged to complete the delivery of three reconciliations between corporate MI data marts and the corporate ledgers on SAP, using the Infogix Assure tool set.  ConsultSQL Director Lewin Alley managed the resolution of an under-performing production platform, re-established project governance and re-developed business cases for all three reconciliations. On handover at the end of the engagement, the Central MI Team were able to take the resultant planned work through to conclusion.
