Anyone who wishes to use talentmap® can now do so - for their own use, for their members, for their customers and clients - there's no limit for use within the UK - since the IP was placed in the UK 'public domain'.

From now on someone's great idea or "I could do that better" idea can now become a reality - without any license fees or specific permission required.

Just so long as the use of the talentmap® IP is within the terms of the license - essentially not "rude or lewd" or otherwise likely to bring talentmap® into disrepute - UK citizens and organisations (whether commercial or non-commercial) are free to use the talentmap® IP as they wish.  This includes the development and sale of commercial goods and services based on talentmap®.

Businesses or other organisations are free to build that better talentmap® search tool, devise that capability maturity model idea or base their commercial offerings on talentmap®.  They can distribute - either on a commercial or non-commercial basis - their talentmap®-based products and services to customers, clients and/or memberships.

All guides and other material developed during the talentmap® Project is available and organisations are encouraged to wear the talentmap® branding on their websites and other promotional materials if appropriate.
